Job Description

The Lead Integration Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Project Specialists and Project Managers to complete projects on the Customer Integration Team.

Note:This is focused on Legal implementations to support our increasinglyvisible Legal pillar and the projected growth in this space. Preference will be given to those who reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Provide daily support and monitor activity for a team of Project Specialists and Project Managers

  • Act as an escalation vehicle for the project management team to guide issues to resolution by utilizing appropriate escalation vehicles
  • Provide reporting/status/dashboards to executives on overall team's project statuses
  • Document lessons learned from individual projects, assess for process improvement and communicate updates to necessary stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, share knowledge and lessons learned to assigned associate(s)
  • Engage on new opportunities, meeting with stakeholders to determine the full scope of the project.
  • Creating a viability grid to determine if the project is ready for assignment.
  • Review team capacity, and determine assignments for new projects
  • Update and maintain project management processes, templates, documentation and google sites
  • Create and communicate weekly project management summary to key individuals within the organization
  • Manage and host monthly team meetings with the project management team.
  • Monitor vacation schedules, ensure backup documentation is complete and backup assignments are in place.
  • Conduct surveys at the completion of each project and analyze the results
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to our online project management tool
  • Able to exercise a moderate level of discretion and latitude in communications with team members.
  • Lead individual projects as the need arises based on capacity levels
  • On occasion, a project/program may take on an expedited timeline and calls may fall outside of standard work hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may include performing the tasks of a Project Manager


Qualifications
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize the workload and make adjustments to meet business needs
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups of people while completing work assignments
  • Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted.
  • Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message.
  • Write with the clarity and precision necessary for the work being performed
  • Translate previous work experience into very good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.
  • Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge to solve complex problems.
  • Must be able to consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions working independently
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance
  • Able to problem solve effectively and engage necessary resources to finalize solutions
  • Excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows or other technical tools. May require knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.
  • Project Management experience or course(s) taken in the field of project management are required
  • Mentor junior level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position
  • Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions
  • Excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems
  • Motivate and work effectively with others, build relationships, foster teamwork, and achieve shared goals
  • Subject matter expert on RRD implementation/integration process is preferred, with the ability to utilize existing RRD relationships with stakeholders, as needed
  • Previous experience leading teams or projects is required

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $81,200 - $133,700 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
